Engineering Senior Officer

1. Responsible to operate the PCC, Diesel Generator and utility Equipment efficiently.

2. Responsible to maintain the critical spares inventory for utility (Electrical Power) and plant equipment.

3. Responsible to provide necessary utility to production department or other user

4. Responsible to update and maintain all PCC and utility equipment records per SOP.

5. Responsible for qualification, preparation and qualification of utility and plant equipment.

6. Responsible to carry out all work as per cGMP and GEP.

7. Responsible to carry out preventive maintenance of utility and plant equipment as per SOP.

8. Responsible to attain any breakdown within short time and in line with handling breakdown SOP.

9. Responsible to maintain the utility equipment quality parameter within range as per SOP.

10. Responsible to keep the PCC and utility area and equipment neat and clean.

11. Responsible to update and maintain all cGMP documents related to breakdown and preventive maintenance as per SOP.

12. Responsible for handling quality management documents i.e. Change control, Deviation, CAPA, Quality Risk Management etc. related to utility and PCC equipment.
