Engineering Program Manager & Solution Architect, Continuous Improvement

As an experienced professional in engineering, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Transformation of Industry division at Siemens Energy by analyzing processes, developing solutions, and implementing continuous improvement projects. Your day will start by engaging with the engineering manager to understand challenges and explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence tools. You will virtually connect with your global team to gather feedback and conclude your day by gaining insights into operations at Siemens Energy's local factory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze processes or disruptions, identify weak points, develop solutions, and support implementation - Participate in work groups/projects and moderate meetings/workshops - Propose, plan, and drive continuous improvement projects - Implement Artificial Intelligence solutions into everyday work processes - Drive and support harmonization activities - Consult with other business functions on opportunities for engineering improvements at a global level **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline or related field - 10+ years of experience in roles such as lead engineer, program manager, or solution architect - Background in continuous improvement or LEAN programs preferred - Experience in proven implementations of artificial intelligence projects preferred - Knowledge of Oil & Gas and Process Industries, as well as related standards - Cost out and development experience for a product in Oil & Gas preferred Siemens Energy values diversity and inclusion, with a global workforce of ~100,000 employees across 90+ countries.
