Job Description

Role Overview: As part of the team at Siemens Energy, your day begins with engaging in discussions with an engineering manager to understand and assist in overcoming challenges. You will explore the efficiency enhancements brought about by a newly implemented Artificial Intelligence tool and gather feedback from your global team on recent changes. Your day will conclude with a visit to a local factory, providing insights into the operations at Siemens Energy. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze processes or disruptions, identify weak points, develop solutions, and support implementation - Participate in work groups/projects and moderate meetings/workshops - Propose, plan, and drive continuous improvement projects - Implement Artificial Intelligence solutions into everyday work processes - Drive and support harmonization activities - Consult with other business functions on opportunities for engineering improvements at a global level Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline or related field - 10+ years of experience in roles such as lead engineer, program manager, or solution architect - Background in continuous improvement or LEAN programs preferred - Experience in proven implementations of artificial intelligence projects preferred - Knowledge of Oil & Gas and Process Industries, as well as related standards - Cost out and development experience for a product in Oil & Gas preferred Company Details: The Transformation of Industry division at Siemens Energy focuses on decarbonizing the industrial sector by increasing electrification and efficiency.
