Engineering Planning Support

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and managing external resources to ensure timely and effective completion of Engineering planned and breakdown maintenance activities. This includes attending daily meetings to prioritize tasks, maintaining a rolling planned maintenance schedule, defining and tracking Engineering materials and equipment, managing Engineering Maintenance and Calibration documentation, and supporting Engineering and new process projects by ensuring proper documentation. Additionally, you will procure and track Engineering parts and materials, ensure maintenance of qualifications or validations, comply with cGMP standards, and maintain all Engineering records effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate, organise, and manage external resources for Engineering maintenance activities - Attend daily meetings to prioritize Engineering tasks - Maintain a rolling planned maintenance schedule for plant, facility, and equipment - Define, procure, and track Engineering materials and equipment - Manage Engineering Maintenance and Calibration documentation - Support Engineering and new process projects by ensuring project documentation - Procure and track Engineering parts and materials - Ensure maintenance of qualifications or validations - Maintain Engineering documentation in compliance with cGMP standards - Effectively maintain and archive all Engineering records Qualifications Required: - Understanding of CMMS or similar systems - Experience in planning or scheduling in an Engineering environment - Knowledge and experience in Pharmaceutical/Biochemistry cGMP related process industry - Understanding of quality compliance, validation, regulatory, and legislative requirements - Working knowledge of asset and equipment management - Effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders - Organised structured approach with the ability to plan ahead - Demonstrates appropriate behaviors in line with company values and cultural priorities - Shows mindfulness and understanding of the needs and priorities of others,
