Engineering Operations Analyst

Job Description: As a member of Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will support one or more focus areas by developing and managing processes, procedures, and tools to enhance the efficiency of projects, processes, and services. You will work cross-functionally across teams to gather information and track the status of projects, processes, and services. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and collate data from various sources to conduct analyses. - Prepare reports for managers in support of small to medium-sized projects, processes, and services using data and results of analyses. - Complete multiple assigned tasks related to projects or ongoing operational work with support and guidance from managers. - Assist in implementing new processes and methods and identify opportunities to increase efficiencies within the team. - Communicate with internal and external teams to gather information, provide status updates, and track task status. - Collaborate with team members to complete project, process, and service-related work. Qualifications Required: - Associate's degree or High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant work experience. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience supporting Engineering Operations, project or program management. - 1+ year of experience in data management and analysis in Excel or other programs.,
