Engineering of Firmware Customer Service (Field Application Engineer)

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with resolving technical issues during product implementation. Your responsibilities will include supporting customers in reviewing hardware circuits and helping them address application issues related to hardware, firmware, and software.
