As a Technical Support Engineer, your role involves assisting customers in resolving technical issues during product implementation. You will support customers in reviewing hardware circuits and help them address application issues related to hardware, firmware, and software. Monitoring customer usage and product performance will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in resolving technical issues during product implementation - Support customers in reviewing hardware circuits - Help customers address application issues related to hardware, firmware, and software - Monitor customer usage and product performance - Collaborate with the marketing team on product promotion - Communicate across departments and coordinate resources for strategic planning and project execution - Provide technical support for product applications, design suggestions, and firmware/software issue analysis within the department - Be familiar with product knowledge relevant to the industry - Engage in Beta Site activities - Use equipment and instruments (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters) to assist customers in troubleshooting Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Familiarity with hardware circuits and software applications - Experience using equipment such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and multimeters This job also involves collaborating with the marketing team on product promotion, communicating across departments, and coordinating resources for strategic planning and project execution.
