As the Engineering Manager for Vault, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for advancing the product’s security, scalability, and enterprise readiness across cloud and self-managed offerings. You will drive Engineering to deliver on feature requests and enhance functionality. This role will require productive collaboration with Design, Security, Product, and other cross-functional partners to innovate toward true product-market fit.
What you'll do (responsibilities)
Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse and high-performing engineering team. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
Drive the team to deliver on feature requests enhancing the product's capabilities.
Expand and enhance features, ensuring it remains a key differentiator for product.
Work closely with Design, Product, and other cross-functional teams to align on product vision and deliver innovative solutions.
Develop and refine robust processes to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of product.
Maintain a deep understanding of Vault’s architecture and ecosystem, guiding technical decisions and prioritization.
Prioritize and address customer issues and feedback, continuously improving the customer experience.
