About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead and mentor junior team members.

Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.

Participate in architectural discussions and provide input.

Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.

Strong understanding of software design principles.

Experience with Java frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.

Knowledge of database management systems.

Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
