Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Lead a team of engineers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for oil & gas EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and mentor them to improve their skills.
