Purpose of Job

The Engineering Manager (Business & Technology) will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution in both business and technology domains. This role requires expertise in strategic planning, technology adoption, process optimisation, and stakeholder management.

Essential Qualifications

? Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.? Experience: 10+ years in project management, leading business and technologyteams.? Technical Expertise: Understanding of software development, cloud solutions, APIs,databases, DevOps, and security.? Project Management Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.? Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.? Leadership & Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex challenges and driveeffective solutions.? Must have hands on experience on any backend technology

Preferred

? Experience in AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.? Exposure to fast-paced, tech-driven industries.

Responsibilities

Project & Technology Management:

? Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution.? Ensure projects meet business objectives and technical requirements.? Define milestones, deliverables, and success metrics for each project.? Drive continuous process improvements through technology adoption.

Technology Leadership

? Guide

teams across multiple tech stacks

(frontend, backend, DevOps, cloud, etc.).? Implement

best practices for software development, security, and performance

to meet business needs.

Business Strategy & Digital Transformation

? Identify

opportunities for process automation and innovation
