Technical Leadership : Lead and guide a team of engineers, providing technical expertise, mentorship, and support in project execution. Set technical direction, define best practices, and enforce coding standards within the team. Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical strategies. Architecture and Design : Collaborate with architects and other team members to design scalable, efficient, and high-performance software/system architectures. Review and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry best practices. Code Review and Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure code quality by implementing best practices and quality assurance measures. Implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability and robustness of software systems. Team Collaboration and Communication : Foster collaboration and communication within the engineering team and cross-functional departments. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating effective communication. Qualifications : Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in software development, with a proven track record of technical leadership and project management. Proficiency in relevant programming languages, tools, and technologies related to the project or industry. Strong understanding of software/system architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles. Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both within the team and when collaborating with stakeholders.
