You are currently seeking a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Electrification IoT SaaS Application. In this role, you will balance technical excellence with team leadership, ensuring efficient project delivery through Scrum practices. Your responsibilities include demonstrating expertise in cloud & IoT technologies, guiding teams through the agile development process, leading technical implementation and standard processes for a team in a SaaS product, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. As the Scrum Master, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, ensure smooth sprint execution, remove team impediments, measure and optimize quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), oversee the development of requirements focusing on scalability and user experience, guide CI/CD implementation, maintain development standards, mentor team members in technical skills, domain skills, and Agile methodologies, manage risks, and coordinate with the product owner and product architect to deliver high-quality software. To excel in this role, you should possess a B.E./B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/MCA/MSc in Computer Science along with 8+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2+ years of leading a team. You should have good knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS) and IoT concepts, experience in the electrical domain, exposure to energy market trends, expertise in at least one major programming language (Java/Typescript) and cloud development, strong knowledge and experience in Agile/DevOps practices, excellence in team leadership, communication, and partner management, ability to drive a positive mindset and culture in the team, and effective communication, influencing, and interaction skills with various partners.
