As an Automation Architect at Leapwork, you play a crucial role as a technical advisor to enterprise clients. You will be directly involved in implementing Leapwork successfully for clients, guiding installation, providing training, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in growing their automation maturity over time. Your responsibilities include: - Install, configure, and troubleshoot Leapwork in enterprise environments independently. - Lead or assist in the initial installation and environment setup, whether on-prem or in the cloud. - Troubleshoot automation or platform issues, coordinating with Support or Product teams when necessary. - Offer technical advisory services such as upgrade readiness assessments and system configuration reviews. - Accelerate customer onboarding and early adoption through structured enablement and rapid implementation. - Conduct technical onboarding sessions and help clients prioritize their initial automation objectives. - Deliver tailored product trainings, either on-site or virtually, in collaboration with Leapwork partners. - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive product adoption, retention, and value realization.
