Engineering Lead - AI Agentic

As an engineer at UBS, your role will involve leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices to build solutions that help users across the bank efficiently manage AI operations. You will work in a diverse, cross-functional team of MLOps engineers and DevSecOps specialists to develop production-ready, robust, and scalable systems in the domain of Agentic operations with a focus on next-generation technology. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents that leverage LLMs, knowledge graphs, APIs, and enterprise data sources. - Providing technical solutions in an agile setup to vastly improve the lives of end-users such as model developers, data scientists, and quants. - Developing and managing agentic frameworks and platforms. - Creating APIs and services for AI products, including monitoring models and agents for performance, security, and auditability. Your expertise should include strong software engineering skills, proficiency in languages such as Java, .NET, and Python, experience in devOps and CI/CD, and additional skills in cloud services, containerization, orchestration, cloud security, incident management, cost management, and Ansible.
