We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Engineering R&D Services Leader to spearhead the business in the Electronics sector. This senior leadership role requires a visionary with extensive experience across Technology and Engineering roles, coupled with a strong background in Delivery and Business Leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with global customers in various domains, including Semiconductors, Consumer Electronics, IoT, Compute/Storage/Networking/Communication, Transportation/Automotive, Industrial, Medical, and Process/Plant Engineering.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Technology/Engineering roles within the Electronics industry, specifically in R&D services.
• Significant experience in Delivery Leadership and Business Leadership roles, with a strong understanding of P&L responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global customers across various domains, including Semiconductors, Consumer Electronics, IoT, and more.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives from the ground up.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong technical capabilities in engineering, coupled with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the gravitas to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Relevant advanced degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
