We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Engineering R&D Services Leader to spearhead the business in the Electronics sector. This senior leadership role requires a visionary with extensive experience across Technology and Engineering roles, coupled with a strong background in Delivery and Business Leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with global customers in various domains, including Semiconductors, Consumer Electronics, IoT, Compute/Storage/Networking/Communication, Transportation/Automotive, Industrial, Medical, and Process/Plant Engineering. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic vision and direction for R&D services globally, aligning with the companys business objectives and market demands. P&L Management: Take full responsibility for the Profit and Loss management of the R&D services division, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Delivery Excellence: Oversee the delivery of engineering services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction across all projects. Business Development: Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and expand the customer base in targeted industries. Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers and technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Approach challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to take risks and drive initiatives that contribute to the growth of the organization. Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and insights to guide engineering practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and advancements. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to promote collaboration and drive project success. Qualifications: Proven experience in Technology/Engineering roles within the Electronics industry, specifically in R&D services. Significant experience in Delivery Leadership and Business Leadership roles, with a strong understanding of P&L responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global customers across various domains, including Semiconductors, Consumer Electronics, IoT, and more. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives from the ground up. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong technical capabilities in engineering, coupled with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the gravitas to engage with senior stakeholders. Relevant advanced degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
