Engineering Maintenance Leader | Driving Operational Excellence & High-Performance Teams Strategic Leadership & Team Empowerment Leading and mentoring a high-performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and innovation. Driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational reliability and performance. Operational Excellence & Cost Optimization. Spearheading maintenance operations with a focus on cost control, resource planning, quality assurance, and manpower optimization . Implementing predictive and preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and extend equipment lifespan. Project Management & Continuous Improvement Leading project review meetings, identifying bottlenecks, and driving corrective actions for seamless execution. Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing solutions to prevent breakdown recurrence. Overseeing machine diagnostics, reconditioning, and retrofitting to enhance performance and efficiency. Compliance, Safety & Risk Mitigation Serving as the Management Appointee for audits , ensuring full compliance with safety, statutory, and EHS regulations. Enforcing adherence to factory, boiler, electrical, water resources, and PESO compliance requirements. Ensuring a zero-incident work environment , prioritizing employee and asset safety. Reliability Engineering & Technical Excellence Implementing advanced maintenance strategies using MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) methodologies. Driving maintenance improvement initiatives to ensure optimal equipment performance and efficiency. Performance Management & Talent Development Mentoring and upskilling teams to drive efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure seamless production support. Monitoring maintenance activities across shifts to align with production goals and industry best practices .
