Engineering Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance (plant & utility equipment)
  
• Ensure electrical and mechanical maintenance for all utility and plant equipment.
  
• Provide uninterrupted utility services during production hours at optimum cost and standards.
  
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with user departments.
  
• Operate AutoCAD and support energy-saving/efficiency improvement projects.
  
• Prepare SOPs, equipment qualification protocols, and other documentation.
  
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, and HR teams.
  
• Carry out modifications and installation of new equipment.
  
• Operate and maintain boilers, including annual inspection execution.
  
• Operate and maintain water systems with proper documentation.
  
• Monitor energy usage (electricity, steam, compressed air, etc.) and implement conservation measures.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
  
• Certification in Boiler Operations / Utility Maintenance (preferred).
  
• Knowledge of cGMP standards and utility systems.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of plant utilities (boilers, water systems, compressed air, etc.).
  
• Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical documentation.
  
• Understanding of energy management and cost optimization.
  
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with equipment installation and modification projects.
