Job Description

As a

Analyst/Consultant/Senior Consultant

in our

T&T

Team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Develop and execute automated performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Assist in setting up test environments and performance test scenarios.
Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance metrics.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify performance issues.
Document test results and support continuous performance improvement.
Design and implement automated performance test plans and scripts.
Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing using industry-standard tools.
Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Lead the architecture and development of performance testing automation frameworks.
Drive performance testing strategy and best practices across projects.
Mentor junior and mid-level performance testers.
Analyze complex performance issues and collaborate on solutions.
Integrate performance testing with DevOps and CI/CD workflows.

Desired Qualifications

2 to 12 years experience in performance testing and automation.
Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Basic scripting skills (Java, Python, or shell scripting).
Understanding of performance testing concepts and SDLC.
Strong skills in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or Shell.
Experience with monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
Expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
Strong scripting and programming skills (Java, Python, etc.).
Experience with application performance monitoring tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Base location: Chennai
