Job Description

Department: Tool Room & Machine Shop
Position: Engineer (NC Programming)
Qualification: BE/Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive / Production Engineering
Experience: Min. 4+ years in CNC programming for Aerospace components

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in NC Programming, Process Planning, FAI Prove-out
  • Proficient in Siemens NX / Solid Edge CamPro / SolidCAM; knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office
  • Strong in GD&T, CAM Programming, Fixture Design (Poka-yoke, Vacuum Bed, Assembly Machining Fixtures)
  • Programming for 3-axis & 5-axis machining centres; troubleshooting complex geometries
  • Knowledge of machine controllers (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Haas) & tool selection for Steel, Aluminium & Nickel alloys
  • Hands-on experience with Aerospace & Defense components, cryogenic engine parts, aero-structural parts, metal 3D printing
  • 3D model validation & NC toolpath generation
  • Good understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, materials & measuring instruments
  • Exposure to QMS procedures; documentation & compliance
  • Ability to train, guide team members & lead effectively

Other Details:

  • Software Skills: Siemens NX, Solid Edge, SolidCAM, AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Shifts: Rotational; not eligible for weekly off

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
