Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineer with expertise in Urban Drainage Modelling to join our team at Atkins Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban drainage systems and modelling techniques.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive models of urban drainage systems, including stormwater management and wastewater treatment plants.
Conduct simulations and analyses to predict system performance under various conditions, providing recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize urban drainage infrastructure projects.
Perform site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.
Prepare detailed reports on model development, results, and recommendations, communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to urban drainage management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in urban drainage modelling using software such as MS Project, Excel, or other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of hydrology, water quality, and environmental regulations governing urban drainage systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Familiarity with industry-standard software used in urban drainage engineering, such as AutoCAD, GIS, and data analysis tools.
