Qualification:

• Degree / 3-Year Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Salary & Benefits:

• Delhi: ₹26,000 + Stay
• Lucknow: ₹18,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site/plant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with management for timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Maintain records and prepare reports as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong technical knowledge in respective field (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil).
• Ability to lead a team and manage on-ground operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Delhi (if not local).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
