Engineer/ Sr. Engineer - Paint Technologist

As an Engineer/ Sr. Engineer in the Machine Assembly Paint Technologist department, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Responsible for ensuring Machine Painting Quality and Productivity. - Organizing and controlling painting activities, including manpower handling and maintaining discipline on the shop floor. - Aim to achieve machine on-time delivery with minimum rejections and customer complaints by implementing preventive measures. - Maintain the painting material inventory following the FIFO (First In, First Out) module. - Create facilities that enhance machine painting quality and productivity. Qualification Required: - Diploma in Mechanical/ Production, with preference for Paint Application & Technology. - Experience ranging from 3 to 10 years. Key Skills/Competencies: - Hands-on experience with various technologies and their applications in the machine tool or machine building industry. - Exposure in handling customer complaints in the machine building industry and knowledge of their remedies. - Familiarity with powder coating technology. - Thorough knowledge of surface treatment before painting.,
