Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the designs needed well in advance during RFQ stage.
Draft the design concept and prepare BOM needed
Engage cross-functional teams to develop Tooling and jigs and Fixtures.
Collaborate with the quality and engineering teams for troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure the documentation needed for design. DFMEA
Employee Training

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Drafting with GD&T for all above designs
Fixture Design for CNC machine Hydraulic and Pneumatic and Manual both VMC and Turning
Design of Deep draw press tools
Design of jigs for CNC machines both VMC and Turning
Design of CNC Bending tools
Design of clinching tools
Design of Welding fixtures
Design of Injection mould mainly over moulding

Qualifications / Experience:

Diploma/ BE Mechanical ,
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Automotive and Industrial Engineering/ Tool room

6 Days Working : Mon - Sat ( 9.00 am to 5.30 pm )
