CONTROLS ENGINEER Job Purpose: Senior Engineer Controls Gurgaon office:- 1. Project handling from controls point of view for entire project life cycle i.e. Electrical circuit design, PLC Programming in ladder SCL language, implementation testing. 2. Programming application (Material handling) development on industrial Robots (KUKA, ABB). 3. Responsible for any new product development electrical design development. Role Expectations: Hands on experience in PLC programming (Ladder SCL) of SPMs Worked on Communications protocol RS232, RS485, TCP/IP, Profinet Modbus TCP/IP. Basic Knowledge of C C++ language. Worked on industrial Robots (ABB KUKA) mostly material handling applications. Worked on New product development (NPD). Qualification: B .Tech / M .Tech in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering Experience: Minimum of 3 - 4 years in automation, control systems, or related fields. Required Skills: PLC Programming: Hands-on experience with Siemens and Mitsubishi PLCs. Communication Protocols: Proficient in RS232, RS485, PROFINET, Melsecnet, CC-Link, and TCP/IP. PLC Logic Development for SPMs: Skilled in developing PLC logic for Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). HMI Design: Hands-on experience in designing HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screens. Servo Systems: Experience in working with servo motor systems and control.
