Job Title: Engineer - Mechanical Process (Mfg) Location: [Indore] Job Type: The candidate will be on the payroll of Hitech and will have deputation at the client site. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer with expertise in Mechanical Process Manufacturing for construction equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and optimization, as well as experience in designing and implementing mechanical processes for manufacturing heavy equipment, such as excavators, loaders, and bulldozers. Responsibilities: Plan, design and implement mechanical processes for manufacturing construction equipment Evaluate and optimize existing manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency improvement Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation, including process flow diagrams, process instructions, and work procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, production, and maintenance, to ensure that manufacturing processes are optimized for quality, cost, and throughput Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical process issues to minimize downtime and improve production yield Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to improve product quality and reduce costs Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing process engineering. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 4-6 years of experience in mechanical process manufacturing for heavy equipment, such as excavators, loaders, and bulldozers Strong knowledge of engineering principles and materials Familiar with tooling is an added adavantage Should have exposure to CNC, VMC and HMC programming. Experience with 3 D CAD Modeling software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
