Role & responsibilities Responsible for New product process development, Quality, industrialization and manufacturing engineering. • Establish standard cycle times, improve methods and standards through continuous improvement methodology. • Product/Quantity analysis, value stream improvements, Lean implementation. • Layout planning. • Efficiency improvements. • Budget and Capex planning. • B. • Value stream improvements Lead time days reduction in manufacturing as per plan. • Compliance to system audits zero compliance issues. • Engineering graduate or equivalent with expertise in machining /special processes. Preferred candidate profile building cordial relationship (Agile, Bold, Collaborate, Simple) with all stake holders - i.e - customers, employees, peers aligning with organizational goals. 2.
