1) Responsible for the maintenance of VMC, SPM, CNC Lathe machines of Fanuc, Howa, Brother
2) Breakdown handling and preventive maintenance of machines as per plan
3) Good knowledge of VMC and can work on servo motors, cables, controllers, servo amplifiers, encoder etc.
4) Electrical troubleshooting and fault finding in machines with root cause
5) Knowledge of PLC, controller, servo system, feedback cables etc
6) Can work on RLC, program modification and editing in PLC (Omron/Mitsubishi)
7) Breakdown data monitoring & Problem analysis with counter measure implementation
8) Kaizen and improvement activities for cost saving and other benefits
9) Daily checking and safety assessment of defined area
10) Communication with other teams to achieve the overall improvement in machining
