Qualifications Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices related to the industry. Proficiency in technical tools and software relevant to the role (e.g., CAD, simulation software). Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve technical problems effectively. Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills. Understanding of industry-related safety and regulatory standards. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required. Hands-on experience in utility-scale projects or sustainable energy systems is an advantage.
