Collaboration with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams is essential to design system-level software solutions and gather performance requirements and interfaces information. As a Software Engineer at Qualcomm, you will apply your software knowledge to support the design, development, and validation of embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs. You will analyze user needs and software requirements, design and implement small software features, participate in coding, testing, debugging, and integration efforts to ensure timely project completion. Additionally, you will assist in code reviews, regression tests, and issue triaging to maintain code quality while collaborating with the project team to achieve project objectives. Writing technical documentation for software projects is also a key responsibility. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to convey basic, routine factual information.
