As an Engineering Project Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of engineering projects across various phases such as design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that project goals and deadlines are met efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing technical documentation including project schedules, specifications, and progress reports. - Conducting site visits to monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Analyzing engineering drawings and specifications to identify risks or areas for improvement. - Supporting budgeting, cost estimation, and resource planning activities. - Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and environmental standards. - Assisting in post-project reviews and preparing lessons learned documentation.
