Qualification:

• Diploma or Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Business Central
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
• Background in manufacturing industry

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Order Review & Planning:

Collaborate with stakeholders to review new sales orders and plan production accordingly.

Convert sales orders into actionable production schedules while optimizing resources.

Material Planning:

Analyse orders and BOM to determine material requirements and ensure timeline to execute order.

Effective coordination with team on potential shortage, to continuous production with minimal downtime.

Production Planning & Control:

Develop and maintain production schedules that maximize capacity utilization.

Monitor production planned vs. actual and adjust schedules/reshuffling as needed to meet deadlines.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:

Plan and manage daily dispatch activities as per planned schedules.

Coordinate domestic & export dispatches and handle logistics independently.

Ensure on-time delivery to customers and manage finished goods custody and diversion against the new order.

Proactive customer complaint resolution.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

Identify areas for improvement in production planning and logistics processes.

Generate regular reports on production planned vs. actual, finished goods, and on time dispatch performance.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with vendors in case of immediate material requirements and Release purchase orders (POs) as needed to ensure uninterrupted production and dispatches.
