Job Description

Position : Plumbing Engineer Experience : 5 - 7 Years Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Location : Pune Notice Period : Immediate/ Serving/ 30 days Please Note : Candidates with Industrial / Commercial Experience are preferable(Should be working on contractors' side) Key Responsibilities Scheduling the day to day work & Discuss/updating the same with my senior Material Indenting Coordination with store & purchase department for material procurement Allotting the work to the contractor according to schedule or as per site requirement Site supervision and checking all plumbing and fire fighting works Review the Contractors installation method statements Identifying & sorting out the execution issues Ensuring the materials issued from stores are being used properly Discussing with our Senior about the site/work issues and sorting it out Ensuring the plumbing works are completed prior to concreting and giving clearance for slab concreting Offering the works done, for quality Inspection Preparation of Labor & Subcontractors bills Handling of all drawings and maintaining drawing register Maintaining DPR & WPR, updating the same with our Project Manager Man power Management Maintaining Check list and bills Attending the site meetings Handing Over of flats, pump rooms, STP & Electromechanical equipments Maintaining all the handing over documents, pumps certificates, bore well reports Coordinate with our Supervisor/Contractor/Civil Team to achieve planned quantity & building Maintenance work Key Deliverables / Performance Measures Monthly Target Achieving Closure of sub-contractor bills Material Management Quality Assurance Key Challenges Sudden pressure on MEP team to cover up delays happened by Civil work Customer sudden Visit to the flat Modification works #Contact Person : Ms. Sonali Bande HR - Head Office Mail Id : recruitment@rohanbuilders.com
