Job Description

Preferred candidate profile Minimum qualification should be 12th Class, graduates will be prefered. Paid training will be provided Role & responsibilities Understand the daily target and input required in terms of manpower, equipment and material. Study drawings and understand sequence / priorities. Organize all inputs as per the assessment to work place. Supervise and guide work force for execution of work as per the line, level and desired workmanship. Coordinating with site engineer/ Sr Engineer for any clarification or guidance to ensure first time right work. Check the workmanship and correctness of construction and finishing works like plaster, flooring, tiling, etc. Check the scaffold and shuttering works before proceeding with further works in coordination with scaffolding and shuttering foreman. Get the foundation bolts, inserts and other embedment checked from respective engineer or surveyor before concreting. Keep a check on material availability at site and requisition well in time as per work requirement. Joint Measurement Records and DDS preprations. Minimizing material wastage.
