Engineer - Planning - Site (Document Controller)

Role Overview: As the Engineer Planning Site (Document Controller), your main responsibility will be to maintain and control all planning-related documents on site. This includes drawings, reports, schedules, revisions, approvals, and correspondence. You will be ensuring proper document flow between site teams, consultants, and clients, as well as tracking drawing submissions and approvals to maintain an organized document control system aligned with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, log, distribute, and archive all planning and technical documents, such as construction schedules, look-ahead plans, drawings, GFC revisions, RFIs, MOMs, DPRs, MPRs, and client communications. - Maintain document control registers for planning deliverables, including baseline and revised schedules, client submission logs, and approval status. - Ensure that the latest versions of schedules, drawings, and planning documents are readily accessible to the execution, quality, billing, and procurement teams at all times. - Assist the planning engineer in formatting, compiling, and submitting project progress reports, updates, and correspondence to clients and internal stakeholders. - Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to keep drawing registers, transmittal logs, and document change history updated.
