Engineer - New Product Development-Fresher

As a Product Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of new rubber products in a Rubber or Plastic company. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development of new rubber products, from concept to commercialization. - Collaborating with design teams to develop new product designs and prototypes. - Selecting suitable materials for new products, considering factors like performance, cost, and sustainability. - Demonstrating knowledge of QC documentation such as PPAP and APQP. - Developing and executing testing product to validate product performance and quality. - Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product delivery.
