Job Description

As an ideal candidate for the position, your role will involve ensuring that onsite steady state work activities are conducted in compliance with the health, safety, and environmental policy. You will be responsible for coordinating and participating in periodic reviews of plant and equipment history to maximize plant availability. Your key responsibilities will include executing Mechanical Integrity tasks with quality, ensuring adherence to procedures and best practices, preparing Mechanical Integrity audit documents, and participating in troubleshooting and analysis as a member of the RCA team. Additionally, you will collate discipline data for performance monitoring and reporting, participate in Reliability & Integrity studies, and focus on improving equipment availability. Timely adherence to audit schedules, managing inspection data in systems such as Meridium, SAP, BIF, participating in the development of inspection and test plans for plant equipment, and monitoring Contractor's performance are also part of your responsibilities. Ensuring that all construction activities are carried out safely in accordance with the Company's HSE Policy and reviewing drawings and specifications for insulation requirements will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure onsite steady state work activities are performed in accordance with the health, safety, and environmental policy - Co-ordinate and participate in periodic plant and equipment history reviews to maximize plant availability - Execute Mechanical Integrity tasks with quality - Ensure compliance to procedures and best practices - Prepare Mechanical Integrity audit related documents - Conduct regular troubleshooting and analysis as a member of the RCA team - Collate discipline data for performance monitoring and reporting - Participate in Reliability & Integrity studies - Improve availability of equipment - Adhere to audit schedules - Manage inspection data in systems such as Meridium, SAP, BIF - Participate in the development of inspection and test plans for plant equipment - Monitor Contractor's performance in terms of progress and Manpower & Equipments deployment status - Ensure all construction activities are carried out safely in accordance with Company's HSE Policy - Review drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Experience: - At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing, inspection, and maintenance of refining and petrochemical business If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly mail your details to enpcareers.hr@ril.com.,
