Job Description

As an individual interested in the position, you will be responsible for a variety of job accountabilities related to ensuring the smooth and safe operation of onsite work activities in compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. This includes coordinating and participating in plant and equipment history reviews, executing Mechanical Integrity tasks with high quality standards, and ensuring adherence to procedures and best practices. Additionally, you will prepare Mechanical Integrity audit documents, conduct troubleshooting and analysis as part of the RCA team, and compile discipline data for monitoring and reporting purposes. Part of your role will involve participating in Reliability & Integrity studies, working towards improving equipment availability, and managing inspection data in systems like Meridium, SAP, and BIF. You will also contribute to the development of inspection and test plans for plant equipment, monitor Contractor's performance in terms of progress and resource deployment, and oversee the safe execution of construction activities in alignment with the Company's HSE Policy. Furthermore, reviewing drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. In terms of skills, you are expected to have knowledge and expertise in designing equipment footing foundations and piling, preparing and reviewing civil drawings and specifications, and assessing customer-supplied drawings to determine structural and civil capacity limits. Your proficiency should extend to reviewing design basis, codes, quality assurance plans, and inspection/testing procedures for various construction elements such as piling, concrete structures, and finishing works as per MIQA requirements. Familiarity with steel structures, painting, and quality assurance plans for these components will also be essential. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing, inspection, and maintenance of refining and petrochemical business operations.
