Engineer Mechanical Maintenance

Role Overview: As an Engineer Mechanical Maintenance, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance jobs as per preventive maintenance schedules for equipment at different well sites, Group Gathering Stations, and Compressor stations. Your role will involve identifying potential hazards, participating in Job safety analysis, conducting tool box talks, and implementing work permit systems for all maintenance activities. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that processes and utilities are well-maintained to minimize spurious trips and shutdowns. Coordination with inter-discipline engineers for smooth operations and contributing to budget preparation and cost reduction will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. Developing interpersonal skills and working self-motivated with minimum supervision are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance tasks based on preventive maintenance schedules - Identify potential hazards and actively participate in Job safety analysis - Ensure that processes and utilities are maintained to minimize shutdowns - Collaborate with inter-discipline engineers to ensure smooth operations - Assist in budget preparation and contribute to cost reduction efforts - Develop interpersonal skills and demonstrate self-motivation with minimal supervision Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production engineering - Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in oil & gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer plants - Experience in maintenance of pumps, Reciprocating compressors, motors, generators, valve maintenance, Pipeline pigging activities, and utilities - Knowledge of industry codes, work permit systems, and international standards - Familiarity with SAP PM, MM module Please note that this position requires knowledge of industry codes and practices, work permit systems, Lock out/Tag out procedures, and operating SAP PM and MM module. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production engineering is mandatory, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in oil & gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer plants. Expertise in maintenance of various equipment and utilities, coupled with a solid understanding of industry codes and practices, is crucial for this role.,
