Location - OVERSEAS Client Roles & Responsibilities Knowledge Possess a solid understanding of operating processes related to instrumentation. Have a comprehensive knowledge of precision measurement and calibration. Service and repair electronic equipment. Apply the principles of Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Mechanics, and Chemistry. Understand the monitoring processes involved in process quality control. Service, repair, fabricate, and assemble trade-related electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic components, and process connections. Maintain and apply Occupational Health and Safety codes and standards. Perform assigned tasks in accordance with quality and production standards required by the industry. Material procurement skills able to source specific items, find alternative options for backordered materials, and explore various brands. Knowledge of flare stacks capable of troubleshooting ignitors, temperature controllers, winch systems, and pilot regulators. Familiarity with start-up procedures able to assist operations with process troubleshooting and provide basic start-up support for customers after project completion. Proficient in understanding pipe fitting specifications, ANSI ratings, process ratings, pressure ratings, and sizing. Skilled in cutting and threading piping from up to 1 when necessary. Capable of rebuilding and/or resizing control valves, actuators, pumps, regulators, and PSVs.
