Engineer Mechanical Maintenance & Electrical Maintenance Asst. Manager/Sr. Engineer/Engineer Mechanical Maintenance Role, job contents, scope, responsibilities Operation / Maintenance of Utilities like air compressors,air dryers, Vapor compression and vapor absorption chillers, cooling towers, Nitrogen plant, etc. Handling shift jobs in plant Should have knowledge of Indenting and material issue Preparation of daily utility reports Follow up the routine maintenance of the machine. To maintain inventory of fast moving spares. Preparing & Maintaining shut down maintenance schedules and periodic checklist. Take appropriate action wherever productivity is not satisfactory. Engineer role in ball mill & packing plant operation and maintenance. To maximize utilization by allocation of appropriate trained manpower. Plan and execute the periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule. Awareness about Fire and Safety, Plant Engineering and Maintenance. Lime stone crusher and coal crusher maintenance works Elevator maintenance works Implementing safety measures for man, machine and material safety. 5 Safety rule, PPE, LOTO, CLTI etc. Education Diploma or B.E. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all electrical systems and equipment adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with safety and environmental teams to implement and maintain safety protocols. Project Management: Manage electrical engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating activities with other engineering disciplines. Provide technical support for capital projects related to electrical systems. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, mechanical engineers, and technicians, to achieve project goals. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to address electrical issues and optimize plant performance. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of electrical systems, drawings, and project records. Prepare reports and documentation for management and regulatory compliance. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior electrical engineers and technicians. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2 years of experience in electrical engineering within the chemical manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems. Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and project management skills. Experience 2 to 8 Years in Pharma or Chemical Industry
