Qualification: DME/BE/B TECh

Experience: 6 - 8 Years

Roles & Responsibility:

1, NPD as per time line.

2, Reduction in cycle time and Manufacturing Cost

3, Process design and process prove out.

Skills Requirement:

APQP, PPAP, IATF-16949 System Knowledge, Machine Procurement, Knowledge of CNC & VMC - Programming and Setting in Machine,

RFQ - WORKINGS / COST WORKINGS

Tooling Selection, Fixture Concept design, Poke yoke implementation and Parts prove out as per Customer Drawing.

Basic Skills Requirement:

New Product cost workout, Process knowledge in casting & Machining, Cost reduction activity, Cycle time Reduction

Soft Skills: Ms Excel , Ms Word , Ms PPT , Auto Cad .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
