Job Description

Should have experience of Maintenance of CNC,Grinding,Press ,Heat , forging.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and carry out
preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
of plant machinery and utilities.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures to minimize downtime.
Monitor and ensure effective functioning of critical equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, boilers, etc.).
Maintain and update equipment history records, maintenance logs, and checklists.
Implement
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
and corrective actions for repetitive failures.
Assist in
spare parts planning, inventory control
, and vendor coordination.
Support
installation, commissioning, and modification
of new equipment and machinery.
Ensure
compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
during maintenance activities.
