Role Overview: As a Service Engineer, you will have the overall responsibility for on-site service job execution and completion with customer satisfaction. You will ensure that services are executed in accordance with Emerson Standard procedures within the specified time schedule. Additionally, you will prepare detailed site visit reports and obtain customer sign-off after job completion. Promptly responding to customer queries and complaints, escalating when necessary, and ensuring corrective actions are taken by both organizations will also be part of your responsibilities. It is important to follow Emerson Quality Management System and Procedures, provide technical assistance to the Project/Engineering department as needed, and stay updated on new services and products offered by Emerson Flow System. You will be responsible for installation, commissioning, AMC, and ARC service support, as well as keeping service visit data up-to-date on the server. Key Responsibilities: - Overall responsibility for on-site service job execution and completion with customer satisfaction - Ensure services are executed according to Emerson Standard procedures and within the specified time schedule - Prepare detailed site visit reports and obtain customer sign-off after job completion - Promptly respond to customer queries and complaints, escalating when necessary - Ensure Emerson Quality Management System and Procedures are followed - Provide technical assistance to Project/Engineering department as needed - Stay updated on new services and products offered by Emerson Flow System - Provide installation, commissioning, AMC, and ARC service support - Maintain AMC/ARC calendar up to date - Keep service visit data up-to-date on the server Qualifications Required: - Knowledge on Flow Metering System - Work Experience on Products like Flow Meter, GC, Flow Computer, Control Valve, PLC, HMI etc. Additional Details: You are an active learner who uses both success and failure as learning opportunities. You are expected to take action quickly and critically in constantly fast-paced and unexpected situations. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with a minimum of 2-4 years of work experience - Experience on Flow Metering System for the Oil & Gas Industry is preferred.
