Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop jigs & fixtures using AutoCAD and create drawings according to customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production planning and execution. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Conduct APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and PFC activities for new projects. Layout designing (Plant / Layout). Concept design, Maintenance and design finalization for Fixture / Tool. Drawing Study. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field (automotive industry preferred). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Automobile, Mechanical). Proficiency in tools such as Apqp, PFMEA, PPC, Control Plan; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles a plus.
