1) To carry out inspection of Steel , Plastic rubber bought out parts
2) To reject the lot and raise defect note to supplier Purchase team , if any non-conformities observed.
3) Evaluate daily and monthly Supplier Rejection
4) Analysis on customer complaint due to BOP parts and CAPA.
5) Evaluate Supplier Rating on monthly basis.
5) 8D analysis on major defects.
6) Training to Quality Inspectors.
7) Prepration of MIS
