- Responsible for the production from CNC Milling machines
- Responsible for organising the input material from PPC and from previous operations.
- Planning & organising necessary Tools, Tool & Components holding devices for production.
- Preparation & Planning for the optimum utilisation of all the Work Centres.
- Monitoring & Planning of manpower resources
- Discussion with Planning for the annual requirements & Capacity
- Planning for Setup changes and preparation
- Coordination with Tool Room for Die set requirements.

Production & Delivery
- Ensure 100 % production alignment on the monthly agreed plans.

- Ensure the machine wise consumables availability.
- Trigger the stress relieving & Grinding operations to prepare the input in advance.
- Coordinate for the components cleaning from Durr machines.
- Work allotment to Employees & impart training.
- Daily coordination with PPT / Tool Room for Tools & Die Sets including Kanban Stock.
- Preparation & circulation of daily production report to Manager

- Achieve the FTA upto 95 %
- Check the Input quality before taking up for production.
- Carryout the inprocess inspection as per OPS frequency
- Daily monitoring and collection of rejections & analysis
- Track the Quality of lots at QC / IQF and understand.
- Monitoring of rework and coordinate with IQF/ QC and plan to clear them.
- Liasoning with Tool Room / QC / Standards Room for Die set Coordinates acceptance before production.
- Timely calibration of Measuring Instruments & Gauges.
- Effort towards zero customer complaint.
- Maintain the COPQ is well within the norm.
