Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilai for an Engineer in the Foundry Shop. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the production processes within the foundry, ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing and improving manufacturing methods, and maintaining machinery and equipment. The role also involves monitoring production schedules, managing raw materials, and coordinating with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any potential issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ B. tech metallurgy
• 2-5 Years of experience in Arc furnace operation
• Experience in foundry operations, metallurgy, and manufacturing processes
• Technical skills in machinery
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in quality assurance
• Ability to manage production schedules and raw material inventory
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field
