Company Description Vossloh Switch Systems division develops and manufactures switch systems for rail infrastructure, tailored to each customer and project. Our comprehensive offerings cover all fields of application, including standard, high-speed, special, and heavy haul switches, as well as solutions for urban networks. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilai for an Engineer in the Foundry Shop. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the production processes within the foundry, ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing and improving manufacturing methods, and maintaining machinery and equipment. The role also involves monitoring production schedules, managing raw materials, and coordinating with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any potential issues. Qualifications Diploma/ B. tech metallurgy 2-5 Years of experience in Arc furnace operation Experience in foundry operations, metallurgy, and manufacturing processes Technical skills in machinery Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in quality assurance Ability to manage production schedules and raw material inventory Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field
